we endeavor to make sure all our items are in perfect working order, clean and neatly wrapped and shipped. if there are any issues with your order please contact us via the web store contact us form. include your invoice number and we will discuss a return. our return address is: suite 606, 3211 hongmei road shanghai china 200122. there is no refund on shipping cost should an item be returned and return shipping cost are not rembursed. we do accept personal in store returns with arranged notice.
